Add a certain amount of synthetic slag to the 70 silicon iron alloy melt, which includes one or several components such as quicklime, quartz sand, fluorite, iron phosphorus, and alkali metal oxides. The addition amount is 5% to 25% of the melt amount of 70 silicon iron alloy, and the duration is 0.5 to 5 hours. Through this method, it is also possible to selectively remove those impurity elements. For example, quicklime can form stable compounds with some impurities, thereby achieving the separation of impurities.
